InfinVision scoped and defined a web-based training platform EyeCitizen and helped to prepare the project for the first round of financing. EyeCitizen provides free, easily assessable and sustainable training in social media tools for a voluntary sector and general public. The project’s mission is to empower the individuals to raise their profile and have their voices heard online.

Lutron

Lutron UK was exploring a possibility to sell one of their product lines (Wallbox) online. In order to investigate and understand whether such initiative was feasible and would integrate smoothly with the business infrastructure, Lutron reached out for the professional advice. InfinVision performed the business analysis from both operational (infrastructure and processes), e-commerce and best practise points of view. We defined the e-commerce strategy and created the model for improving the operations online. This project was subcontracted to InfinVision by a digital marketing firm.

Central Marketing Platform

TWConnect commissioned InfinVision to restructure and refine their proprietary Email Campaign Management Platform. The platform allows the marketing managers to create and dispatch email campaigns to different target groups. The platform tracks the campaigns and provides reporting on the bounce backs, leads, and prospects.
